Office Visit Note v1
Generate a complete office note from transcript and visit data. All captured facts render even when classification is incomplete.
Use cases
- Turn a clinic recording into a signed note in minutes.
- Preserve all test child values inside the Office Visit output.
- Export a combined PDF for EMR upload.
How to use
- Open an appointment → Notes
- Review sections. Edit any field inline.
- Click Approve → Download desired format.
Tests Note v1
Displays PVR, imaging, and labs as structured panels. Lowest‑level labels show for each section. Hidden test list removed from OV note body.
Steps
- From Notes, open Tests.
- Verify child values render under each panel.
- Add edits, then save.
Operative Pipeline v1
Basic structured op note flow added alongside office visits.
