Office Visit Note v1

Generate a complete office note from transcript and visit data. All captured facts render even when classification is incomplete.

Use cases

1. Turn a clinic recording into a signed note in minutes.
2. Preserve all test child values inside the Office Visit output.
3. Export a combined PDF for EMR upload.

How to use

1. Open an appointment → Notes
2. Review sections. Edit any field inline.
3. Click Approve → Download desired format.

Tests Note v1

Displays PVR, imaging, and labs as structured panels. Lowest‑level labels show for each section. Hidden test list removed from OV note body.

Steps

1. From Notes, open Tests.
2. Verify child values render under each panel.
3. Add edits, then save.

Operative Pipeline v1

Basic structured op note flow added alongside office visits.
